# Where can agent monitoring alerts be routed?

A case reaches you through whichever channel you connect in Settings → Notifications: a generic webhook, PagerDuty, Sentry, or Linear are the live routes today. Slack support exists in the design too, a native app that would post case updates straight into a channel, but it isn't part of the current launch, which is why the webhook is the route every org has today and the field the settings page leads with.

One rule, `case_opened`, covers every detector already in the product and any that ship later, because a case is what all of them ultimately produce once triage confirms one. You add a destination once; nothing further to configure per detector. Delivery is best-effort and each attempt is logged, so you can check whether a send actually went through instead of assuming silence means nothing fired.
